Bananas with sweet chili and passoifruit sauce



INGRIDIENTS

2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

Pulp of 4 passionfruit

Juice of 1 lime

2 bananas, halved

1 tablespoon finely chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish

Thick cream or ice-cream and lime wedges, to serve

DIRECTIOINS

Step 1

Place chilli sauce, passionfruit and lime juice in a wide saucepan over low heat and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add bananas and warm through, basting with sauce, then add mint. Serve with extra mint, cream or ice-cream and lime wedges.
