weight loss 14 days - DAY 13





Breakfast

40 g muesli with 200 ml semi-skimmed or skimmed milk and 85g fresh fruit (e.g. grated apple, strawberries, sliced banana).
Snack

25g almonds.
Lunch


Fill 1 wrap with 85 g cooked sliced chicken, salad leaves and 2 teaspoons low fat dressing; leafy salad with balsamic vinegar. 150ml low fat yoghurt.
Snack


2 oatcakes with 30g Edam.
Dinner

Place ½ sliced red pepper, ¼ diced aubergine, ½ sliced red onion and 1 sliced aubergine in a roasting tin. Drizzle over 1 tablespoon olive oil; add a few sprigs of rosemary, a chopped garlic clove and a few olives. Toss lightly and roast in the oven (200C/ 400 F/ gas mark 6) for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, steam a 150g cod steak for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Spoon the veggies on a plate and lay the cod on top.
